Actress Destiny Etiko has submitted a petition against her colleague, Queeneth Hilbert, in response to allegations made against her.
In a series of videos, Queeneth Hilbert accused Destiny Etiko of taking the wealthy partners of her colleagues, including one of her former partners from Benin who owned a Mercedes-Benz.
In reply, Destiny Etiko’s legal team has formally demanded that Queeneth Hilbert retract the alleged defamatory remarks across all social media platforms.
Etiko asserts that the accusations are false and intended to damage her reputation.
The petition aims to prevent any further publication of defamatory statements, calls for an official retraction of the derogatory comments, and seeks N100 million in damages.
