Antonio Conte Would Only Agree to Manage A Premier League Team Under These 3 Conditions

Antonio Conte would consider returning to the Premier League only if he couldn’t secure a managerial position at Napoli, AC Milan, or Juventus. Since his abrupt departure from Tottenham in March, Conte has been without a club, following a tumultuous season in charge.

The Italian coach was dismissed by Spurs chairman Daniel Levy after delivering a scathing critique of his team’s performance and the club’s two decades of underachievement in a ten-minute tirade. According to The Mail, the 54-year-old has returned to Turin, where he is relishing a peaceful life with his family and close ones. The former Italy manager is taking a break to “rejuvenate” himself after experiencing some clashes with club executives and the media.

Enjoying a well-deserved break, the former midfielder is recuperating after a challenging season, which also saw him mourn the loss of close friends Giampiero Ventrone, Sinisa Mihajlovic, and Gianluca Vialli.

Conte is thoroughly enjoying his time in Italy and currently has no strong desire to depart his homeland. Nonetheless, the former Inter Milan manager hasn’t entirely ruled out the possibility of returning to the Premier League. His tenure at Stamford Bridge saw remarkable success, clinching the Premier League title in 2017 and the FA Cup the following year. Remarkably, Chelsea struggled to replicate that success in the Premier League after his departure six years ago.

However, Conte’s preference leans more towards managing Napoli and Milan in Serie A. The esteemed head coach also desires another opportunity with Juventus, where his managerial journey began 13 years ago. While eager to return to coaching, Conte also prioritizes remaining in close proximity to Italy and his family.
