Beloved TikTok star Taylor Rousseau Grigg has died at the age of 25 in a “sudden and unexpected” incident, as announced by her husband.
Taylor had gained immense popularity on TikTok, amassing over 1.5 million followers, and actively engaged with her 200,000 fans on Instagram, where she shared glimpses of her life. Her most recent video, posted just days ago, showcased a visit to the vet with her adorable dog.
In this tragic development, Taylor’s husband, Cameron Grigg, confirmed the news of her passing.
He expressed in a social media post, “No one ever expects to feel this kind of pain and heartache, especially at our age. This past year, Taylor endured more suffering than most people do in a lifetime. Yet, she remained a beacon of light, bringing joy to everyone around her.”
Cameron continued, “She was the bravest and strongest woman I know, and her faith in the Lord carried her through every challenge, even in her darkest moments. I truly believe she saved my life and touched countless others.”
He also shared that Taylor’s organs would be donated to those in need, reflecting her desire “to save people’s lives.”
“Above all, Taylor would want to know that she is still saving lives even after leaving this world,” he added. “And although her earthly body may have failed her, her memory and legacy will live on forever.”
While her physical body remains, prepared to give the gift of life, we take solace in knowing her spirit is in heaven, dancing with beauty and grace on streets of gold. She is surrounded by her extensive collection of shoes and boots, adorned with her rhinestones and turquoise jewelry.
Cameron concluded, “Given how sudden and unexpected this is, we are unprepared financially. Taylor’s frequent hospital visits since our marriage have taken a toll on our finances, and as a result, we do not have any insurance.”
Cameron revealed that a friend has set up a GoFundMe page “for anyone who would like to contribute.”
So far, the fundraiser has raised nearly $40,000 to help cover costs for Taylor’s family. The GoFundMe page stated, “Her social media family was a tremendous blessing in her life, and we cannot thank you all enough for the love and support you’ve shown her.”
