Teen Accused of K!lling Ex-Girlfriend’s Stepfather Blows K!sses in Court While Victim’s Family Watch Him

A teenage boy accused of k!lling his ex-girlfriend’s stepfather was seen blowing k!sses in front of the victim’s family during a court appearance. Christian Martinez, 17, is charged with the m*rder of 37-year-old Osvaldo Casas outside Casas’ home in Houston on August 10. KHOU reported that Casas was sh*t multiple times just after noon and died in the arms of his pregnant girlfriend.

Police investigations revealed that Martinez had been stalking Casas’ 16-year-old stepdaughter. Casas reportedly attempted to step in upon learning this and was subsequently sh*t. Authorities said Casas went outside to check a suspicious vehicle that morning after receiving a call from a neighbor about the car, which worried them since their vehicle was vandalized the night before, as reported by Click 2 Houston.

Investigators say Casas was sh*t at this time. A judge noted, “The allegations state that the 17-year-old defendant briefly dated the complaining witness [Casas’] 16-year-old daughter. She stopped seeing him after he ass*ulted and unlawfully restrained her. The defendant repeatedly contacted the daughter until she blocked his number.”

Martinez allegedly posted threatening messages on social media, including a photo holding a firearm. “The defendant messaged friends, posted online about seeking revenge against the daughter, and left a voicemail threatening to shoot up her house,” the judge explained, according to ABC 13.

Martinez, charged with first-degree felony murder, appeared in court for the first time on Monday, October 21, where he was seen blowing kisses. This incident occurred after his bail increased from $200,000 to $2 million. KHOU11 reported that both families were present, and the kiss was directed towards the victim’s family. Judith Molina, Casas’ wife, insisted that her daughter was never in a relationship with Martinez. “He was just angry that she didn’t want to date him or have anything to do with him,” she told KHOU. “I hope he gets what he deserves—life in prison. He took a life, and he should spend the rest of his life in prison without release.”

An online fundraiser created by Casas’ wife stated that he “was tragically shot to death in front of our home while bravely protecting our family” and noted, “He was loved by so many in our community and never hesitated to help others.” Police are still searching for a second suspect. Online commenters reacted with outrage over the kiss-blowing, with one Reddit user stating, “He might think it’s cute now, but he won’t be blowing any kisses in prison.”
