“My Son Is Not the Monster”: Diddy’s Mother Issues Statement in Response to Son’s S*x Traff!cking Allegations

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ mother, Janice Combs, has come forward in defense of her son as he faces serious allegations of s*x traff!cking, racketeering, and s*xual assault. Through her attorney, Natalie G. Figgers, Janice released a statement condemning the public’s rush to judgment before her son has had a chance to defend himself in court.

“It is heartbreaking to see my son judged not by the truth, but by a narrative built on lies,” Janice stated. “To witness what feels like a public lynching before he has a chance to prove his innocence is an indescribable pain.”

While standing by her son, Janice acknowledged his imperfections, referring to past incidents, including a 2016 hotel surveillance video showing Combs physically assaulting his then-girlfriend, singer Cassie Ventura. “I’m not here to say my son is perfect because he’s not. He has made mistakes,” she admitted, also noting that her son may not have been fully honest about certain events.

The most serious legal issue Combs faces is a lawsuit filed by Cassie Ventura in November, accusing him of r*pe, s*x trafficking, and years of abuse. Though the case was settled out of court, Janice hinted that complexities surrounding the truth and lies might have influenced her son’s decision to settle.

“This is why I believe my son’s legal team chose to settle rather than fight, leading the federal government to wrongly interpret it as an admission of guilt.”

Despite additional accusers coming forward, Janice believes many of the allegations are driven by financial motives. “Some of these individuals are looking for a quick payday by falsely accusing my son,” she said, voicing concerns that such accusations undermine justice for true victims.

Janice expressed deep frustration over the public’s treatment of her son, saying, “Watching the world tear my son’s life apart without hearing his side is unbearable. The swiftness with which people turned against him is unforgettable.”

As a mother, she emphasized how agonizing the situation has been for her: “The worst part is seeing my son stripped of his dignity, not for what he’s done, but for what others choose to believe.”

Janice concluded her statement with hope, expressing faith that her son will be vindicated. “My son is not the monster he’s made out to be. He deserves a chance to tell his truth, and I pray I live to see him clear his name.”
