The grand jury investigation into allegations against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is ongoing, with testimony being heard from at least one additional s*x worker, which may lead to new charges.
According to TMZ, a male escort recently testified about prior interactions with Diddy, detailing alleged outreach and participation in what was referred to as a “Freak Off.” The testimony also examined whether Diddy had arranged for the escort to travel across state lines or internationally, as well as the payment methods used, including cash and wire transfers.
Sources indicate that the grand jury continues to convene, as prosecutors may pursue additional charges against Diddy through a superseding indictment. A source close to Diddy stated, “He’s focused on the facts and preparing his defense. He maintains his innocence regarding these charges.”
Interest from federal investigators in s*x workers has heightened recently. Earlier this week, another male s*x worker reportedly spoke with federal authorities, providing details of an alleged s*xual encounter involving Diddy and a woman, along with an alleged s*x tape.
U.S. Attorney Damian Williams is actively investigating Diddy’s case, with the possibility of further charges. When asked about this during a previous indictment announcement, Williams stated that “nothing was off the table.”
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to charges of s*x traffick!ng, kidnapping, and racketeer!ng, and he is currently being held without bail at a detention facility in New York City.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York has declined to comment on this developing story.
