Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused of drvgging and r*ping a 13-year-old girl alongside another unnamed celebrity while a ‘female’ celebrity watched. Combs, who has been arrested and charged with r*cketeering and s*x traff!cking through force, fr*ud, or coercion, is facing over 100 lawsuits accusing him of s*xual misconduct.
Seven additional lawsuits were filed on (October 20), including one alleging that Combs ‘drvgged and r*ped a 13-year-old girl at a house party.’
The alleged incident took place on September 7, 2000, when the teenager attempted to enter the Video Music Awards (VMAs) at New York’s Radio City Music Hall. The lawsuit claims she did not get into the ceremony but was informed by a limo driver that Combs ‘liked younger girls’ and that she ‘fit what Diddy was looking for,’ so she was invited to an after-party instead.
The victim alleges she was driven to the party, signed a nondisclosure agreement, and given a spiked drink. When she began feeling unwell and ‘woozy and lightheaded,’ she went to find a room to lie down. However, Combs and two unnamed celebrities followed her into the room. The lawsuit says Celebrity A, a male celebrity, ‘held her down and vag!nally r*ped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a female, watched.’ When Celebrity A ‘finished,’ Combs then r*ped her.
The victim states this experience caused her to ‘fall into a deep depression, affecting every aspect of her life.’
Other lawsuits filed yesterday involve a 17-year-old boy and an unidentified man who was promised by Combs that he ‘could make him a star’ before allegedly being drvgged and ass*ulted. Another man, who is a personal trainer, also claims to have been drvgged and ass*ulted, while a New York man says he was 21 and working for a private security firm when he was allegedly ass*ulted by Combs.
Combs is currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. He has pleaded not guilty to r*cketeering and s*x traff!cking charges, with a trial scheduled for May next year.
Combs’ attorney, Erica Wolff, previously told UNILAD: “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he s*xually abvsed anyone, including m!nors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
In response to the latest allegations, Combs’ lawyers have filed a motion to prevent ‘further extrajudicial statements from prospective witnesses and their lawyers that substantially interfere with Mr. Combs’ right to a fair trial.’
In a statement to UNILAD, Combs’ representatives said: “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never s*xually ass*ulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”
