Martins Vincent Otse, also known as Very Dark Man, has arrived at the House of Representatives investigation panel concerning the bribery allegations against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Dressed in traditional Benin attire, he was joined by his lawyer, Deji Adeyanju.
