Nigerian Lawyer Demands N100m for Emotional Distress if Husband Requests DNA Test on Children

Stella, a Nigerian lawyer, expressed that if her husband ever questions the paternity of their children, she would agree to a DNA test—but only if he first signs an agreement to pay her N100 million as compensation for the mistrust and emotional distress caused.

In a Facebook post on Thursday, she wrote, “If my husband ever doubts the paternity of our children for any reason, I will agree to a DNA test right away, but only on one strict condition. He must sign an agreement to pay me 100 million for the mistrust and emotional trauma, as I am confident the children are his. Ladies, you shouldn’t be afraid of a DNA test if you know you have nothing to hide.”
