The French star’s new home, chosen after considering options in La Moraleja and Pozuelo de Alarcon, spans 3,000 square meters of land and offers 1,100 square meters of living space. It includes a spacious kitchen, several lounges, eight bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, a home cinema, and both indoor and outdoor heated pools, as well as a gym and sauna.

The property also features a seven-car garage, sports facilities such as a football and basketball court, and a private golf course, reflecting Bale’s love for golf.

Security is a top priority at Mbappe’s new mansion, which includes advanced features like dual perimeter fencing, facial recognition technology, a direct alarm link to the police, and 24/7 security patrols.

Mbappe bought the modern, minimalist-style mansion for 11 million euros, negotiating down from an initial asking price of around 13 million. Nearby, his mother, Fayza Lamari, who also serves as his agent, will live in a more modest house within the same prestigious neighborhood.
