A male s*x worker has reportedly met with federal investigators in New York City to hand over video footage of one of Diddy’s alleged s*x tapes from 2023.
According to TMZ, the individual met with federal agents on Wednesday, September 25, and signed a proffer agreement, which allows him to provide information without the risk of prosecution.
Sources indicate that he submitted a recording of a sexual encounter involving Diddy, another male sex worker, and a woman. The s*x worker informed investigators about the types of drugs Diddy allegedly used during these encounters and detailed the specific incident captured on tape. He claimed the threesome occurred in May 2023, after he traveled from Atlanta to Miami to meet Diddy and the woman, adding that Diddy filmed the encounter.
Diddy was arrested on September 16 on three charges: s*x trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation for prostitution. The music mogul has pleaded not guilty and remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
