Former Assistant Accuses Kanye West of Dr*gging and S*xual Ass*ult at Diddy’s Party

A former employee of Kanye West, now legally known as Ye, is alleging that the rapper dr*gged her and committed ‘s*xual battery,’ following an update to a previous lawsuit. Lauren Pisciotta, who worked with Ye from 2021 to 2022, initially filed a lawsuit in June, which has now been revised in an October 8 filing in a Los Angeles court. The original complaint alleged wrongful termination and instances of s*xual assault, now with added accusations of s*xual assault, s*x traff!cking, and being dr*gged by the rapper.

In June, Pisciotta claimed that Ye ‘s*xually ass*ulted’ her in a hotel room during her employment. Further allegations describe Ye locking her in a private plane’s bedroom while he m*sturbated. Pisciotta also alleges that Ye attempted to ‘gift’ her s*xually to an acquaintance and claims that Ye owes her $4 million in salary.

A spokesperson for Ye responded at the time, telling The Independent that Ye intends to sue Pisciotta, accusing her of pursuing him s*xually to secure employment and other material benefits, then resorting to blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected. They described her demands for money as baseless and stated she was fired due to being unqualified.

Pisciotta’s updated lawsuit now includes claims of an incident at a Santa Monica, California recording studio. The alleged party, co-hosted by Ye and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, occurred before Pisciotta’s employment with Ye. The legal documents describe that guests were pressured to drink, with Pisciotta claiming she experienced an ‘altered and highly impaired state,’ felt less control over her body and speech, and was left ‘physically ill and confused’ upon waking the next day.

Pisciotta says it was only after starting work for Ye in 2021 that she realized what allegedly happened at the Santa Monica event. She recounts that Ye spoke about his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, indicating suspicion of an event between him and Pisciotta, to which Pisciotta responded by suggesting she would clarify with Kardashian. Ye allegedly admitted they ‘kind of hooked up’ at the party, replying to Pisciotta’s memory lapse with, “Women love to say they don’t remember.”

The lawsuit claims Pisciotta suffers from PTSD and anxiety, motivated to come forward because she “could not stomach” working for the man who allegedly dr*gged and s*xually ass*ulted her. Although the suit does not accuse Combs of wrongdoing, he is involved in his own legal battles, with over 100 individuals accusing him of sexual misconduct. Combs is currently facing trial on charges of racketeering and s*x traff!cking by force, fraud, or coercion.
