FG to Evacuate Nigerians in Lebanon Amid Iran’s M!ssile Strikes on Israel

The Federal Government has announced plans to evacuate Nigerians from Lebanon as tensions escalate between Israel and Iran.

On Tuesday, October 1, Iran fired 180 ballistic missiles at Israel in retaliation for the deaths of leaders from Iran-backed militant groups. The conflict poses a significant threat to neighboring countries like Iraq, Lebanon, and Jordan, which are caught in the crossfire.

Dada Olusegun, the Special Assistant to the President on Social Media, posted a message on X.com urging Nigerians in Lebanon to reach out to the Nigerian mission for profiling and documentation in preparation for their evacuation.
