Onyinoi Ni’mat Suleiman, also known as Nimmy Sauce, was reportedly k!dnapped and k!lled by unidentified individuals in Abuja. Suleiman, a former producer and presenter at Prestige FM in Minna, Niger State, was allegedly abdvcted and fat*lly st*bbed while returning home from work on Thursday, October 17, 2024.
Details about the incident remain unclear. Her former colleague, Ahmed Sakpe Isah, confirmed the news in a Facebook post on Friday, expressing his grief:
“INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAIHIR RAJI’UN… It’s with a heavy heart that we announce the death of our pioneer Presenter, Prestige FM, Ni’mat Suleiman (MIMI SAUCE). She was k!dnapped and st*bbed to death on her way back from work in Abuja. Allah ya gafartamki Allah ya miki rahma…”
Her close friend, Zahra Abubakar, also shared her sorrow:
“With a heavy heart I announce the death of my lifetime friend turned sister, Ni’imatullah Suleiman. She was kidnapped and stabbed to death on her way back from work in Abuja yesterday. Allah ya gafartamki Allah ya miki rahma…”
Austin Abraham, mourning her loss, wrote: “I am so sorry Nimat that you had to go in the manner that you did… No amount of sun can dry these tears… The thought of how you begged and cried for your life… God have mercy. Nimat!!!!”
