VDM to House of Reps: “I Won’t Speak Until Bobrisky and EFCC Chairman Are Present; If I Do, Let Me Die”

Social Critic Very Dark Man Declines to Speak Before House of Representatives Panel Without Bobrisky and EFCC Chairman Present

On September 30, social critic Martins Vincent Otse, known as Very Dark Man, informed the House of Representatives investigation panel that he would not make any statements until both Bobrisky and the EFCC chairman were in attendance. All three parties were summoned regarding the bribery allegations against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

VDM’s lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, noted that Bobrisky did not attend the meeting and instead sent a lawyer to represent him. It appeared that the EFCC also failed to send a representative at the time of this report.

Despite the investigation committee members urging Very Dark Man to discuss his involvement in the case, he firmly refused, stating he would rather die than speak in the absence of the other parties involved.
