A husband has allegedly set his wife’s house on fire amid ongoing domestic disputes in Nairobi, Kenya.
In a Facebook post on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, user Eric Mboya shared details of the incident, noting that the woman had obtained the house through a mortgage.
Mboya described the man as jealous, stating he feels inadequate due to having nothing of his own.
“A woman in Nairobi will be sleeping outside tonight after her husband torched her house. The couple had been experiencing issues for some time. Today, the man bought petrol, poured it on the house, and lit a match. He ensured everything was destroyed while preventing anyone from getting close. The woman had acquired the house through a mortgage, and the husband was jealous because he has nothing,” he wrote.
