Woman Defends Husband Arr*sted for Sh*oting Man Who K!dnapped Their 14-Year-Old Daughter

The wife of a man who may face life imprisonment has praised him as a hero, stating that his actions were to protect his family. Aaron Spencer, 36, was initially arrested on a preliminary first-degree m*rder charge for allegedly sh*oting and k!lling a man he found in a vehicle with his missing 14-year-old daughter in Arkansas.

The deceased was 67-year-old Michael Fosler, who had been previously charged with r*pe and internet stalking of a child on July 11. He had been released on a $50,000 bond, with a court hearing scheduled for December.

Aaron’s wife, Heather Spencer, 37, has defended her husband, asserting her support and indicating that their daughter was targeted, groomed, and r*ped by Fosler. The sho*ting took place on October 8 when the couple was awakened by their daughter’s dog barking, an unusual occurrence.

Michael Fosler was sh*t and ki!led following an altercation with the 14-year-old’s father (Lonoke County Detention Center).

When they went to check on her, they were horr!fied to discover she was missing. They promptly called 911 to report their 14-year-old daughter missing, while Aaron jumped in his truck to search for her. Aaron eventually located Fosler with his daughter in his vehicle, leading to a pursuit.

Fosler’s car reportedly crashed, enabling Aaron to rescue his daughter unharmed, but he was allegedly attacked, prompting him to shoot the 67-year-old in Lonoke County, Arkansas.

The Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office released a statement last week corroborating the events. The statement read: “A confrontation between the two adult males occurred, resulting in a sh*oting. Deputies immediately launched an investigation. Michael Fosler was pronounced dead at the scene, and Aaron Spencer was taken into custody.” Aaron was initially charged with first-degree murder, a felony carrying a potential life sentence.

Heather confirmed on a GiveSendGo donation page that she was able to secure her husband’s release after posting the $150,000 bond. She has also requested further financial assistance to assemble a legal team. In her post, she detailed the events and expressed frustration with the justice system. She wrote: “We trusted the justice system to do its job. The man who harmed our child was charged, but released even faster on a $50k bond. He was awaiting a December court appearance for multiple felonies related to what he did to our child.”

She concluded by stating: “I’m starting this campaign with a goal of $50k, but I realize it will likely cost much more. My husband is a combat veteran who has always protected his country and family. I have no doubt our child wouldn’t have come home without his intervention. Please help keep him home with us where he belongs. Any donation is appreciated, and we would be grateful for all the prayers we can receive.”
