A Good Samaritan attempting to sponsor underprivileged students has claimed she was subjected to slut-shaming by the school principal she approached.
The woman posted on X: “I just had a meeting with a principal about covering fees for students from JSS3 to SS3.
“He listed names of all boys, so I asked if it was an all-boys school.
“His response was, ‘Ma, if women enter, they always see who will help them, haha.’”
She later revealed that the prospective beneficiaries the principal provided were all boys. When she challenged him on the exclusion of female students, the principal allegedly called her a prostitute and suggested she only got her money from men.
In sharing her conversation with the principal, she added: “I can’t even laugh right now.
“So he didn’t take me seriously during the meeting? This is just ridiculous!”
She also stated her intention to contact the school proprietress in Benin City, Edo State.
