Man Who Has Traveled to Every Country in the World Tells Us the Best Destination in the World

Very few people can say they’ve visited every country, but adventurer Drew Binsky reportedly has. According to the United Nations, there are 195 recognized countries, though the CIA counts 237 due to disputed territories and regions with partial or full sovereignty.

Binsky, a travel content creator, claims he’s traveled to each of these nations. In an interview with UNILAD, the Arizona native shared stories from his journeys, which range from spending time with indigenous tribes in Africa to mingling with locals in India. While he discovered what he calls his “ideal country” this summer, his travels haven’t been without obstacles.

One of his biggest challenges was obtaining a visa to enter Venezuela. “I got the visa from the Venezuelan embassy, but the process was tough due to sanctions and strained US-Venezuela relations. I managed to get it last minute,” he said.

Binsky says his passion lies in experiencing different cultures. “I love visiting indigenous tribes; it shows a world untouched by technology,” he explained. “Meeting people in these remote areas is humbling, and I plan to keep visiting them in Africa, South America, and India.”

Did he struggle to adapt to these environments? “Not really,” he said. “I find it fulfilling to connect with people and document their lives. I’ve never had trouble engaging with others or making them comfortable on camera.”

While meeting tribes left a strong impact, one country stands out as his favorite. When UNILAD asked about his top destination, Drew said, “I’d say the Philippines. It’s stunningly beautiful, incredibly safe, and the people are so friendly—it has everything you could want in one place.”

Though the Philippines tops his list, Binsky and his wife plan to settle in Dubai one day, drawn by the city’s unique culture.
