Man Who Removed his F!ngers & Ear to Resemble an Al!en Discusses Daily Challenges he Faces Due to His Appearance

A man who has taken body modification to an extreme level, Anthony Loffredo, has opened up about the daily challenges he faces due to his striking appearance. Loffredo, who has been on a decade-long journey to transform himself into what he describes as an ‘alien,’ has undergone numerous radical procedures, including the removal of some of his fingers and both ears. His transformation began when he split his tongue to resemble that of a snake.

Now 36 years old, the Frenchman has covered nearly his entire body, including his eyes, with black tattoos, had facial implants, and even amputated parts of his lips and nose. Many of these extreme alterations required him to travel abroad. However, standing out has not been easy for Anthony, as he shares in the 2023 documentary I Transformed Myself Into An Alien. He speaks candidly about the discrimination he faces daily due to his appearance.

He recalls being turned away from restaurants, rejected at job interviews, and even being passed by Uber drivers. His unique look has also made it impossible for him to set up an OnlyFans account, as the app’s facial recognition software fails to identify him.

In a 2022 interview on the Club 113 podcast, Anthony discussed the difficulties: “It’s an everyday struggle because you constantly meet people who don’t understand and who want to judge. That’s life; not everyone understands everything, just like I don’t understand many things about many people.”

The toll of these challenges led Anthony to pause his transformation last year. After considering amputating one of his legs and replacing it with a biomechanical prosthetic, he decided against it. In December, he announced on Instagram that he was halting his “Black Alien” project, admitting it had “lost all meaning.”

Despite this pause, Anthony returned to his transformation journey over the summer, launching the Black Alien Ink program. This initiative offers a course that teaches body modification enthusiasts about safety, health, hygiene, and tattooing techniques. According to the program’s website, it claims: “Our method is not special, it is not a secret, it is not magic… it just works. And yes, there are other ways to learn, some cheaper, others more expensive… But there are NO better ones.”

Anthony continues to share updates with his 1.3 million Instagram followers. In a recent post, he revealed he is now 75% complete with his transformation, posting a video of his face being tattooed black with the caption: “I come back strong to the game, with my great evolution, I love this face a little uglier.”
