Ariana Grande Asked About Plastic Surgery During Lie Detector Test

Ariana Grande Addresses Plastic Surgery Speculation During Lie Detector Test

Ariana Grande has responded to rumors regarding past plastic surgery. The singer and actress recently participated in Vanity Fair’s “Lie Detector Test,” where she was connected to a machine designed to determine truthfulness.

During the test, Grande faced various questions about her career, but one in particular prompted a strong reaction from her. Fellow Wicked star Cynthia Erivo asked, “Did you ever get work done to make yourself more popular?” When Erivo clarified that “work” referred to plastic surgery, Grande quickly dismissed claims that she had altered her nose, undergone a breast augmentation, or had a facelift.

The lie detector confirmed that Grande was truthful in her responses, prompting her to quip, “This is the best day of my life. Take that, YouTube people!” She also denied undergoing a fox eye lift or a chin implant, which was expected since she had previously asked how the latter procedure is performed. Once again, the lie detector affirmed her honesty.

Grande acknowledged, “I’ve had fillers in various places and Botox, but I stopped four years ago, and that’s the extent of it. I fully support anyone who chooses to enhance their appearance. Whatever makes people—women, men, non-binary individuals—feel beautiful should be embraced. Why should it matter to us?”

The interview clip quickly went viral on social media, with many fans praising Grande for her openness. One fan tweeted, “She’s so cute, I love her so much,” while another remarked, “And just like that, she ended those allegations.”

Last year, Grande became emotional while discussing her past use of Botox and fillers.
