Self-proclaimed Nigerian polygamist John-Paul Ugwu has announced that he has taken another wife.
In a Facebook post, Ugwu revealed his goal to marry 21 wives.
“Who dey zuzu? Women are so ‘yanfunyafu’ that I will keep marrying more. 21 is my target. I just married another wife today. Congrats to me! My name is now High Chief Azu Anuka 1 of Enugu State. Polygamy has come to stay,” he wrote.
“Polygamy—my village people have been visiting since early this morning to celebrate the arrival of my new wife.
Bloody monogamous people won’t have a peaceful day. My men have come from all over the country to witness my polygamous marriage today. There’s chaos in the land of monogamy!”
